Right of withdrawal
§1 Cancellation, revocation
You can cancel your contract
declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in written form (e.g.
letter, fax, email to Feuerstein GmbH Willy-Brandt-Str. 9/2 77933 Lahr Tel.

if you have the matter before the deadline will be - by returning the non opened
goods. The period begins upon receipt of this instruction in text form, but not
before receipt of goods to the recipient (for recurring supplies similar goods
not before receiving the first part of delivery). To safeguard the withdrawal
period it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the goods.
§2 Cancellation consequences
In case of an effective
withdrawal the received benefits by each side have to be back-admitted and where
appropriate usage (eg interest) surrendered. Can you give us the performance
received wholly or partly or only in a deteriorated state back, you will be
obliged, if necessary to reimburse the lost value. When the transfer of cases
applies only if the deterioration of the case is solely possible on their exam –
it would have been possible in a shop - is due. In addition, you can substitute
the value avoid liability by using the case as your property and not in use take
measures and leave everything which could impair the value. Parcels are send
back to us at our risk.
You have to bear the cost of returning if the delivered goods ordered and if the price of the goods returned a total of 40€ does not exceed or if you are at a higher price of the purchase objects tandem at the time of withdrawal yet not the return or a contractually agreed instalments have furnished. Otherwise, the return for you is free of charge. We will pick up non-package able things. Obligations to refund payments should be made within 30 days. The deadline for you begins with the dispatch of the declaration or revocation of things for us with their reception.
the right of withdrawal does not exist for:
- Goods, which were made after customer's specification or goods which are clearly specific to the personal requirements or which are not suitable for a return delivery or which can rot quickly or whose expiry date would have passed.
- Audio or video recordings or software, if you unsealed the delivered data medium.
